30-Minute Yoga for Bone Health Monthly Series

This class requires that students be able to move fluidly from the mat to a standing posture. It is appropriate for those looking for a quick and effective way to stimulate bone growth. I teach at least 8 new classes each month, repeating each sequence one time before introducing a new sequence.
Each class is recorded and saved in the member area until the day of the next class. Only one class is saved at a time, but students can watch it multiple times. On occasion, I will post a pre-recorded class instead of teaching live.
Chair Yoga for Bone & Joint Health 6-Week Series

In this class we practice while seated in a sturdy chair and also while standing next to the chair and using it as a prop. This class is appropriate for anyone who has difficulty moving from the floor to a standing posture for reasons such as dizziness or joint pain, among other things. Students should be able to practice standing postures.
Each class is recorded and saved in the member area until the morning of the next class. Only one class is saved at a time, but students can watch it multiple times. On occasion, I will post a pre-recorded class instead of teaching live.
Yin Yoga Online Course
PRE-RECORDED CLASSES
$100 FOR 6 MONTH ACCESS
This course contains eight guided Yin Yoga classes, each lasting one-hour, and a short guided meditation. There are also several short recordings that explain the fundamentals of Yin Yoga for anyone interested in learning more about the practice. Access to this course costs $100 and allows you access to all videos for six months. You may sign up at any time. Props you will need for this practice include two yoga blocks, a folded blanket, and a round bolster or other firm cushion.
