Jael is an E-RYT certified yoga teacher whose classes are informed by the research of Dr. Loren Fishman, author of Yoga for Osteoporosis, and by the teachings of Yin Yoga teacher Sarah Powers, author of Insight Yoga and Lit from Within. While Jael teaches many styles of yoga, she focuses on Yin Yoga and slower-paced mat and chair yoga classes designed to increase bone density and strengthen muscles. Her classes are available both in-person and online.

Yoga for Bone Health
Yoga for Bone Health classes focus on practices designed to increase bone density, targeting common fracture sites in the body. By regularly practicing these accessible, low-impact techniques, participants can actively improve their bone health without relying on pharmaceuticals or high-intensity exercise.
Yin Yoga
As a certified Yin Yoga teacher who has studied with internationally-recognized expert, Sarah Powers, the author of Insight Yoga and Lit from Within, Jael’s Yin classes focus on the subtle body and the ways in which a Yin practice can balance and enhance the meridian and organ systems and calm the nervous system. She offers a range of styles, from Classical Yin to ‘Yinyasa.’
